Subdivision

Although subdivisions can appear to look simple, even the most basic of projects will include a minimum of five different consultants and contractors, to complete. Types may include: engineers, surveyors, civil contractors, real estate agents and etc.

What is a subdivision?
Subdividing a property to make two or more lots Rearranging the boundaries of a lot (i.e. purchasing land off your neighbour andadding it to your property) Dividing a Lot into parts as an agreement Creating an access easement Subdividing an existing Dual Occupancy (Duplex)
So, what is the process involved?
Step One.
First, we receive your enquiry and assess it against the relevant City Plan / Planning Scheme and review other important items, such as the location of infrastructure. We can then, quickly inform you if we feel you have an opportunity to achieve a subdivision. This feedback is provided free of charge (with no obligation).
Step Two.
If required, we will discuss your project with our network of trusted consultants to confirm your project is achievable
Step Three.
