Express Development Applications

Express Development Applications (Express DA’s) are exclusively available within the Gold Coast, but are very similar to Risksmart Applications seen in Logan and Brisbane. Express DA’s are an expediated application offered by the City of Gold Coast Council that usually results in a decision within 10 – 15 working days.

They also come with a 20% discount on the Council application fee. We will undertake a detailed review of any proposal, prior to recommending we utilise the Express DA service. We also have great relationships with Council officers within the Express DA team that allows us to ensure eligibility prior to lodgement, if necessary.
