Align completed a two lot subdivision approval for an under construction Dual Occupancy. The Gold Coast City Plan allows for freehold subdivisions within the Low Density Residential Zone even if they do not meet the minimum lot sizes, as long as it is for an under construction / completed Dual Occupancy.
