Align achieved development approval for a Secondary Dwelling in Hope Island, with our client gaining advice from us before purchasing the property to ensure such a use would be appropriate. We were able to undertake initial due diligence and confirm the site was appropriate with our client then purchasing the site and allowing us to complete the development approval with City of Gold Coast Council.
