Align achieved development approval for a Dual Occupancy. The Dual Occupancy was not your classic design with two Dwellings next to each other and sharing a common wall. As the client wanted to maintain the existing Dwelling we were instead able to achieve a Dwelling above the existing, with the second storey to be its own stand alone Dwelling.
It was great working with Align Planning on a recent Development Application for a Granny Flat for my father.
