Combined Development Application for Reconfiguring a Lot to establish two lots (1 into 2 lots) and Material Change of Use to establish a Dwelling House (x2)
Align were able to achieve development approval for a combined application for two small lots and a Dwelling House on each lot. We worked with the expert building deisgn team of Vanguard to achieve a design that satisfied both council and our client.
