Align was able to achieve development approval for a Dual Occupancy within the Brisbane suburb of Nundah. Align was able to work with Council to achieve a balance between the built form and open space areas, with the proposal exceeding the maximum density allowance for the area. We look forward to these Dwelling been constructed.

Had a few different town planners who said there is no chance to build my secondary dwelling however after someone recommended Stephen I realised that is really possible!
